Position Purpose

The role is responsible both in the domains of Recruitment and Employee Engagement. The focus of the role is to spearhead employer branding initiatives. Propose, follow up and realize relevant employee engagement activities. Lastly, the role is responsible for end to end recruitment with the objective of finding the best talent in a timely fashion.



  • Spearhead employer branding activities
  • Propose and implement relevant engagement activities
  • Participate in the organization of company events
  • Responsible for HR communication such as business TV and bulletin boards
  • Responsible for end to end recruitment
  • Manage human resource information system (SAPHR/Payroll system)


Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related business degree
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in recruitment and employee engagement
  • Capable of speaking and writing English well. Must be a competent computer user- MS Office (Words, Power Point and particularly Excel].
