Position Purpose

Incumbent is the main market contact for customer/ consumer complaint and provides the feedback to market within the time frame estalblished in JTI Policy. To initiate and support variuos quality improvement activities to maintain quality KPIs in target. To support factory and global project which require quality aspects and support. To monitor and analyze QIMS weekly QC trends for makepack and filter making to determine of improvement needs. Provide support to region for other quality improvement activities.

 

Functional Skills

Good initiative and proactive to recognize areas of improvement. Well versed with JTI Quality Manual.Has good organising, operational and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal.

 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible to initiate improvement and support improvement activity in  MPPCI, FMPCI and PPCI (makepack, filter making and primary). In charge to establish factory  Process Improvement Teams, set-up regular team meetings to review QC data "before" and "after" action taken  to confirm improvement and decide further steps.
  • Incumbent is main market contact for consumer complaint. Responsible to coodinate the root cause analysis with production and engineering, initiate the effective corrective and preventive action. In charge to provide feedback to market within the time as required by GSC Quality Complaints Policy. Must set-up regular complaints meeting to follow-up  closely with production, engineering, and other related departments on the action taken to prevent re occurrence of the complaint. Verify if the improvement is implemented by monitoring of number of repeatitive complaints.
  • Responsible to coordinate local and global projects in the factory for process improvement, cost reduction.
  • Responsible to prepare and conduct quality training to production and quality related to basic quality knowledge and product knowledge. Support QC to maintain QME in case of urgency.
  • Must to assure full compliance to EHS SOP requirement and standards in daily operations. Responsible for working under an injury free environment and maintain good house keeping in office  following 5S3R requirement. Must support environmental impact reduction by segregating the waste while working in production area. Take full accountability of the safety measure in maintaining ZERO LTI in the factory as well as performing the tasks in a safe and good environment manner.
  • Responsible to support QA and QC team with any other tasks which request his involvement.

 

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in any related field with a minimum of 3 years working experience in the same function. Experience working in an FMCG company is an advantage.

 

Skills, Competencies & Languages

Fluent English. Competent in using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
