Position Purpose

Production process planning optimization at the same time keeping a defined level of customer service. Plans, executes and manages making and packing processing from cutfiller to finished goods including filter, making & packing technology. Uses production materials requirement plans, tracks and evaluates factory production and materials stock level/requirement to meet the business requirement and optimise the usage.

 

Responsibilities

•Manages Planning & Customer Services Department (plans and controls department budget, supervises the application of procedures with respect to reporting employess, defines tasks and responsibilities of subordinate workers, ensures the applicability of business conduct standards, creates and fosters teamwork spirit, ensures proper level of employment and employees' qualifications, evaluates subordinate employees) 
•Production process planning optimization and supervision of the process. Operates production transfers to and from Philippines. Supervises the correctness of transfer flow. Material planning optimization to ensure production continuity and process control. Reduction of write off's with respect to JTIAMC and their clients.
•Timely implements and coordinates new projects. Customer service process improvement. Performs customer service according to the highest standards.
•Manages team of department employees and ensures resources for Planning & Customer Service Department. Calculates working hours, ensures the employees are familiarized with procedures and policies. Motivates subordinate employees and ensures their development. 
•Controls the budget. Reports, monitors, plans, calculates and updates Planning & Customer Service budget.
 

Qualifications & Experience

University Degree. Minimum of 5 years experience in production planning and/or customer service and transport with at least 3 years of experience in managerial role.

 

Skills, Competencies & Languages

Excellent command of speaking and writing English language. Competent in using Microsoft Office (advance Excel skills, PowerPoint and Word). Knowledge in SAP ERP & APO System is an advantage.
