PACKER SPECIALIST
 

We are looking for a Packer Technology Owner to lead technical improvements, process upgrades, and maintenance for our Packer equipment. If you have a strong mechanical background and experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment, this role is for you!

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Define, update, and improve technical and operational standards for Packer equipment
  Train team members on machine standards and process upgrades
  Diagnose and correct complex machinery faults
  Implement preventive maintenance measures using SAP PM
  Ensure machine efficiency and product quality through technical improvements
  Maintain safety and quality standards to prevent incidents

Who you are: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant technical/vocational course
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role OR 3+ years at JTI in a different role
• Background in fault diagnosis, machinery repair, pneumatics, and hydraulics
• Experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment (food, beverage, or tobacco preferred)
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
