WHAT WILL YOU DO - RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for diagnosing and repairing machine and PLC faults and optimizing the operation of machinery and product quality.
• Diagnosing and rectifying faults and providing solutions to prevent re-occurrence of faults.
• Prioritizing own work to maximize machine outputs and achieve defined machine performance targets.
• Repairing/replacing components as required. Keeping abreast of machine developments by understanding manufacturers' machine manuals.
• Liaising with team leaders & communicating with all levels of the workforce. Reading and understanding machine drawings and identifying required parts.

Who you are: 

• Vocational graduate as an Electronic Technician is a must
• 2 years of experience as a technician
• Knowledgeable in:
  • Process and instrumentation diagram
  • Variable frequency drive
  • Programmable logic control
  • SCADA
  • Electrical diagram
