Position Purpose

Responsible for diagnosing and repairing machine and PLC faults and optimising the operation of machinery and product quality.




  • Diagnosing and rectifying faults and providing solutions to prevent re-occurrence of faults. Prioritising own work to maximize machine output and achieve defined machine performance targets.


  • Repairing/replacing components as required. Keeping abreast of machine developments by understanding manufacturers' machine manuals.


  • Liaising with team leaders & communicating with all levels of the workforce. Reading and understanding machine drawings and identifying required parts. Improvising and modifying as and when required.


  • Perform any other tasks commissioned by the supervisor. Compliance with EHS procedures, labor law, corporate guidance, internal regulations and work performance instructions.


Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or any related field with a minimum of 3 years working experience in the same function. Good working knowledge of business and related processes is an advantage. Experience in high speed manufacturing environment is an advantage.


Skills, Competencies & Languages

Have deep background in troubleshooting and maintenance activities.

Good English communication skills, computer literate
