RRP DIGITAL CONSUMER DATA MANAGER

 

 

Position purpose:

 

Join our team as a Digital Consumer Data Manager and play a key role in shaping the digital ecosystem strategy for Reduced-Risk Products (RRP). In this role, you’ll drive an omnichannel consumer experience, ensuring seamless data management and actionable insights. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the local consumer database, continuously monitoring and optimizing existing infrastructure and tools—ranging from data security to harmonization applications. You'll also act as a key link between business needs and technical execution, translating requirements into impactful digital solutions. Beyond data management, you’ll bring business analytics to life, presenting insightful digital performance reports to senior stakeholders, helping steer strategic decisions.

 


What will you do – responsibilities:

 

  • Collaborate in the implementation of the Ploom digital consumer data strategy by defining and translating brand requirements into digital & CRM data objectives and activities.
  • Oversee the creation, tracking, and quality assurance of feature tickets developed by globally distributed teams, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Manage both local and global consumer databases, including preparing targeted segments for marketing activations.
  • Deliver ad hoc analytical presentations and reports to senior stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update business analytics dashboards in response to evolving business requirements.
  • Investigate consumer issues, recommend fraud prevention measures, and implement actionable solutions.

             

                                  

Who are we looking for – requirements:
 

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. 
  • A specialized master’s in Data Analysis is a plus.
  • Experience: 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role.
  • Communication Skills: Proven ability to create polished corporate presentations, draft impactful business correspondence, and articulate technical requirements effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with SQL, Jira, ServiceNow, and Confluence; basic knowledge of HTML is advantageous.
  • Excellent Spanish and English verbal and written communication skills. Portuguese is a plus.
