Qualtrics Product Expert (Voice of Consumers
Purpose
The Qualtrics Product Expert will serve as the subject matter expert for the Qualtrics platform, ensuring its effective implementation and utilization in the large-scale LeadMetrix program. This role involves technical expertise, business expert guidance, and hands-on support to maximize the platform's capabilities
Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact for all LeadMetrix Qualtrics-related inquiries and technical support
- Align with Qualtrics Admins to configure and customize the Qualtrics platform to meet business requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement VoC surveys, dashboards, and analytics
- Provide training and guidance to teams on best practices for using Qualtrics
- Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless operation
- Stay updated on Qualtrics' new features and updates, advising on their potential impact and benefits
- Work closely with data analysts to integrate Qualtrics data into broader business intelligence systems
- Create compelling presentations and storylines to effectively communicate insights, strategies, and recommendations to stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience with the Qualtrics platform, including survey design, dashboard creation, and data analysis
- Strong understanding of Customer Experience and Voice of the Consumer methodologies and best practices
- Technical proficiency in integrating Qualtrics with other systems (e.g., CRM, ServiceNow, PowerBI, Marketing automation tools, analytics tools)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficient in the English language
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Data Science
- Being able to travel internationally occasionally
