                                      Digital Ecosystem Acceleration Manager

                                      

About the position:

 

Currently, we are looking for an experienced and passionate colleague to join our BTS M&S Digital Consumer Solutions team in Madrid as Digital Ecosystem Acceleration Manager.

The Digital Ecosystem Acceleration Manager will be responsible of boosting and improving existing digital consumers solutions in the markets, providing expertise and support on functional usage, operations and effective execution, as well as raising and following up risks and mitigations required for successful adoption.

The person acts as the liaison between Market functions and IT delivery teams, becoming and coordinating other IT teams and 3rd party companies to deliver their specific initiatives on time and budget agreed plans. The role also guarantees IT Governance on Marketing & Sales related matters and proper communication.

 

 

What will you do - Responsibilities:

 

Business Relationship Management: 

 

  • For Digital consumer-related markets, support direct supervisor and DES program implementation & related topics. Support leading and facilitating the communication between IT and the Sales & Trade Marketing functions in HQ and regions. Support business stakeholders and IT teams on the different initiatives that could impact Consumer processes

 

Project Management: 

 

  • Work on the projects under assignment ensuring the tasks under his/her responsibility are done as planned and alligned with JTI IT quality standards. Secure project completion anticipating potential risks 

 

Market GRM ownership - Digital Consumers processes :

 

  • knowing all the functionalities under his/her scope and the markets using it
  • continuous improvement aligned with changing business environment 
  • keep updated all documentation in the GRM SharePoint
  • review periodically Functional Designs related the module owned, ensuring this will meet market requirements without impacting on Global application functionality, other markets needs and performance

 

Budget Responsible:

 

  • Support Budget Planning and Forecast for Emerging Market. Prepare TDT, ASP and LE. Brief other IT teams to secure proper allocation of Global IT resources and budget to the related activities

 

Application Maintenance / Quality Assurance Support:

 

  • Performs quality reviews of application and deliverables 
  • Participate in System Test phases to ensure markets' requirements are meeting and no side issues are appearing in order to improve quality of UAT releases
  • Follow defined processes to ensure a smooth execution of planned activities
  • Ensuring all guidelines, processes and procedures are followed within IT BTS M&S Digitla Consumers related initiatives for DES adopting markets : GRM, OCM, DRM, Security, Risk, Compliance, BAP/Memo, Vendor Mgt/procurement and finance

 

Who are we looking for - Requirements:

 

  • University degree in Computer Science or similar
  • 4 years working experience on the following new technology trends:
  • Cloud SAAS solutions
  • e-commerce: Wordpress, Adobe, Magento, Google Analytics
  • Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • Microsoft O365 Platform (SharePoint, Office, Teams, etc.)
  • Microsoft SQL Server & Microsoft Azure (Data Factory)
  • Experience in Business Analysis & Business requirements analysis
  • Experience in solutions design and architecture, including but not limited to application design methodology (including Agile methodology), interface design, capacity planning, scalability
  • Fluent English
