Agile Associate

 

 

 

Position purpose:

 

You will responsible  for driving the execution and implementation of the assigned combustible brand initiatives within Iberia (Spain, Canarias and Portugal) driving and supporting consumer centricity and consumer knowledge across Iberia

Take part on the development of key marketing strategies supporting Brand Manager and Brand Lead.

You will closely collaborate with Brand Manager, C&TA, Sales, and other stakeholders, including brand agencies and HQ, to ensure that projects are executed on time, effectively and consistently within the budget assigned.

 

What will you do – responsibilities:

 

  • Support Brand team analizing the market, brands and consumer to understand opportunities and challenges monitoring the performance of the brands understanding the different market dynamics

 

  • Responsible of implementation of Iberia Brand/market assigned initiatives to achieve annual strategic brand goals by taking ownership of:
  1. Manage brand/market commercial activities assigned to reach or overpass the defined business goals while strengthening brand image
  2. Monitoring brand/market assigned performance checking impact of brand campaigns & proposing recommendations to ensure KPIs are achieved
  3. Manage and coordinate key stakeholders to ensure perfect coordination, on-time execution and excellent delivery of the different brands initiatives
  4. Learn and understand market, competitors and consumer behaviour dynamics.

 

  • Responsible of manage fluent and timely communication among key stakeholders:
  1. Monitoring project status and follow-up regularly with BMs. Responsible for early identification, escalation and resolution of bottlenecks utilizing strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Proposing corrections/ improvements when needed and offering solutions to minimize disruption.
  2. Share freely concerns about workload peaks & project development
  3. Share potential improvements challenging the status quo

 

  • Responsible of efficient assigned budget management, thinking on potential optimizations, in order to maximize ROI or impact

 

  • Manage self workload. Being responsible of measuring self time consumption spent on each project and on each phase, ensuring it's aligned with brand manager objectives and brand goals, adding value to the company by ensuring prioritization

 

  • Take part on the development of key marketing strategies supporting Brand Manager and Brand Lead (pre-ASP, OP, Commercial reviews or ad hoc projects when needed)

 

Who are we looking for – requirements:

 

High standard of university degree (required). MBA or equivalent educational background will be an advantage.
2 years of professinal experience in FMCG marketing and/or C&TA
High level of English & Spanish
Background in marketing
Professional experience in Marketing Research is a plus.
Analytical skills
Commercial understanding and translation of business questions into actionable business recommendations and implications are necessary
