This role will be mostly focused on SAP T&T (Track&Trace) processes as a part of large internal/external project/support organization.


Incumbent will be part of daily support organization and will be in charge of development new functionalities for SAP Track & Trace processes in coming year.  Main role will be gathering detail business requirement and coordination of software life cycles with different internal (SDC, HCL, SAP Development, SAP Basis, SAP Security) or external (SCL, BI, EXE, SIERRA, SISKON, etc.) organizations.


Main Responsibilities

  • Perform Functional Analysis of internal customer's processes and prepare Blueprints and Functional Specifications, including process design/re-design and scope extensions.
  • Configure the business applications systems (SAP ECC / SAP HANA) supporting T&T processes.
  • Perform planning and follow-up on development and testing process from the customer's side.
  • Interact with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent end-to-end business process design.
  • Perform solution configuration.
  • Ensure quality and timely deliveries.
  • Provide support for data and functionality studies.
  • Provide support for the delivered solutions.

  • This is a global position within JTI. Having internal customers throughout the entire company may involve travelling during various phases of projects. Depending on the Projects’ schedule the time spend away from the home location may reach 10-25% of the total working time.



  • Must have
    • Expert in SAP MM/SD or SAP MM/PP
    • Fluent in written and spoken English. Direct report to a foreign Director
    • Used to work in an international environment with English speakers
    • Very good communication and organization skills.
    • University degree, preferably information technology related.
    • Strong analytical skills.
    • Good technical document writing and reviewing skills
    • Attitude for Working in Projects: Willingness to develop project management skills and experience. Good at following-up tasks assigned to himself/herself and to others
    • Customer Oriented
    • Availability for travelling abroad (up to 20%)


  • Nice to have
    • Good knowledge and experience with interfacing SAP with external systems.
    • SAP ABAP / SAP Security / SAP Basis
    • Knowledge of business process modeling technologies (BPMN)
