Factory Finance Manager - Montreal
PROFILE
- Recognized CPA title
- More than 7 years of experience
- Knowledge of the manufacturing sector (asset)
- Good working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Bilingual (French, English)

- Strong presentation skills (written and spoken)
- Strong analysis and synthesis skills
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Ability to handle several projects simultaneously
- Leadership skills and demonstrated initiative
- Ability to interact well with people at various levels within the organization
- Highly organized
- Strong interest in learning on using the artificial intelligence at work
MAIN DUTIES
- Coordinate all of the department’s financial functions (production costs, changeover costs and capital asset tracking)
- Perform all the financial activities within the Integrated Work System (IWS) and promote it
- Ensure preparation of monthly reports on production costs and financial forecasts
- Coordinate and supervise the annual budget process and financial presentations and ensure consistency with the manufacturing presentation
- Prepare and present business cases (Capex / Opex / special projects)
- Make sure accounting and internal audit policies and procedures are followed
- Prepare various analyses and presentations and coordinate internal audits
- Contact point with external audit as well as Canada Revenue Agency
- Sit on the steering committee and provide support for all the factory’s financial matters
- Work with other team members to improve business processes and information systems
- Supervise and lead the Finance department, made up of 3 employees
- All other related tasks
