Shift Specialist

 

Ensure all the materials transfer from warehouse are accurate in quantity and specification. Ensure all the transactions of materials and finished good, from each Make/Pack lines, between warehouse and production are recorded accordingly and accurately. Ensure all the materials for all Make/pack lines are well prepared according to the BOM and deliver respective machines. Ensure that continuously replenishing the TM and NTM of every Make/Pack lines and remove FG from the lines once pallet is filled-up. Make Pack waste control, segregation and recording. Shift administration in term of OT, Manpower and Leaves arrangement. Losses analysis for KPIs reporting and improvement action planning.

 

As the Shift Specialist in the area of Production, you will: 

  • Take ownership of assigned shift results, including safety, quality, reliability, production attainment, productivity and costs.
  • Responsible to perform all of the transaction of NTM, TM and FG between warehouse and production are accurate in quantity and specification according to management guidelines.
  • Responsible to perform administrative tasks such as manpower arrangement, OT planning and leave planning among the team and recoding or OT, Leaves and attendances.
  • Responsible to perform the KPI analysis (NTM, TM, Waste %).
  • Responsible to manage continuous replenishing of the TM and NTM of every Make/Pack lines and remove FG from the Make / Pack lines once the pallet is filled-up.
  • Responsible to ensure all of the hazardous NTM which are using in production  are keep in designated are according to EHS guide lines.
  • Responsible to collect and provide the suggestion proactively and timely.
  • Actively participation in the implementation of the suggestion.
  • Build the capability of the team members, enabling self-sufficient teams.
  • Responsible to perform WIP inventory control and monthly stock count control with "zero" discrepancy.
  • Responsible to ensure the inventoried shorts are consumed in minimum storage time without impacting to product quality as per Quality guideline.
  • Responsible to attend the daily production planning meeting and ensure the productions are running as per plan with minimum downtimes and highest efficiency.
  • Responsible to arrange beetle reduction and IICI cleaning activities among the team.
  • Responsible to perform daily waste control and data recording according to management guidelines and take the improvement actions upon daily operation's findings.
  • Responsible to perform handling of QUIPs / Sorting and defected Materials issues and reporting.
  • Responsible to conduct timely KPI review section, and consumer complaints information to all the team members.
  • Follow the directions from management team to plan, control and manage departmental budget to be in line with plan agreed during ASP period to avoid over and/or under spendings.
  • Focus on energy saving opportunity and maintain zero LTI & RI in department by cascading all relevant communications, programs and initiatives from factory Engineering and EHS. Contribute to minimize waste in daily job to safe environment. Participate in tasks /projects/programs and audits associated with ISO, FM Global and other programs including CP, 5S3R initiatives carried out by local and global authorities.
  • Manage various tasks and projects (global and local) as they arise and upon manager’s and/or cross functional departments request.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree prefereably in Engineering or other related courses
  • Preferably executives specializing Supply Chain (Production Administration) with minimum 3-5 years experience
  • Proficiency in Burmese & intermediate English
