Production Analytics 

 

The Production Analytics is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and improving manufacturing performance through data‑driven insights. The role supports Manufacturing & Processing (M&P), maintenance team and CST teams by providing accurate analytics, KPI tracking, and reporting to enable effective decision‑making, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

 

As the Production Analytics, you will:

Manufacturing Performance Analytics

  • Monitor, analyze, and report manufacturing KPIs (OEE, waste, yield, rejects, MTBF) using SAP, GSC Machinery, GSC Analytics and any other applicable tools to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.

Planning & KPI Target Setting

  • Support Annual Strategic Planning (ASP) and production planning by preparing KPI targets and data‑driven insights based on historical trends and performance analysis.

Management Systems & Reporting

  • Coordinate Daily and Weekly Management Systems (DDS/WDS), consolidate departmental data, and prepare reporting packs for site, regional, and monthly performance reviews.

Data Governance & Month‑End Activities

  • Maintain accurate production databases, produced output and performance reports, and perform month‑end closing activities including SAP consumption reconciliation and variance analysis.

Continuous Improvement & Compliance

  • Support and evaluate continuous improvement initiatives (KAIZEN, TPM, 5S) while ensuring compliance with EHS, ISO, and internal standards, promoting a safe and performance‑driven manufacturing environment.

Budget Control

  • Follow the directions from management team to plan, control and manage departmental budget to be in line with plan agreed during ASP period to avoid over and/or under spendings.

Energy Saving and EHS

  • Focus on energy saving opportunity and maintain zero LTI & RI in department by cascading all relevant communications, programs and initiatives from factory Engineering and EHS. Contribute to minimize waste in daily job to safe environment. Participate in tasks /projects/programs and audits associated with ISO, FM Global and other programs including CP, 5S3R initiatives carried out by local and global authorities.

Other 

  • Manage various tasks and projects (global and local) as they arise and upon manager’s and/or cross functional departments request.

 

 

Who are we looking for?

  • Degree or its equivalent
  • 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing analytics, production planning, or factory performance management, preferably in FMCG or industrial manufacturing
  • Proficiency in Burmese & intermediate English.
  • Strong manufacturing KPI knowledge (OEE, waste, yield, MTBF), with hands‑on SAP‑based data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI, and a solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
