Location: Mingaladon

Logistics Associate

The incumbent will ensure the smooth, timely, and cost-effective handling of all inbound and outbound shipments. You’ll coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to meet production and planning needs, ensure compliance with import/export regulations, and maintain accurate documentation and reporting.

As the Logistics Associate, you will:

Import Operation

• Coordinate shipment plans and documents with internal teams and global suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with import license (IL) requirements.
• Track shipments, manage customs clearance, and resolve logistics issues.
• Maintain organized documentation and report on delays or disruptions

Export Operations

• Prepare export documentation and coordinate with forwarders and brokers.
• Ensure timely export procedures and documentation accuracy.
• Apply for necessary export licenses and e-Form D.
• Support warehouse loading operations and maintain records.

General Logistics & Reporting

• Build delivery plans and monitor customs deposit balances.
• Submit logistics reports and verify service provider invoices.
• Support annual tenders and contracts with procurement and legal teams.

Safety, Sustainability & Continuous Improvement

• Participate in safety and sustainability initiatives.
• Support ISO audits, 5S3R programs, and energy-saving projects.
• Promote responsible logistics practices and contribute to improvement efforts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 
• 2+ years in logistics/import-export, preferably in FMCG
• Strong understanding of Myanmar logistics and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office
• SAP ERP knowledge is a plus
• Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, and able to work under pressure
