Trade Digital Solution Associate

Position purpose:

This role supports the design, deployment and continuous improvement of Trade Digital Solutions for the Field Force and Retailers, by coordinating operational activities, managing data flows and ensuring effective adoption of digital tools across the Italian market.
 

What will you do – responsibilities:

 
• Support rollout and adoption of Trade Digital tools 
• Support coordination of day-to-day operational activities and stakeholder alignment
• Analyze data and generate insights to support Field Force optimization
• Support preparation of dashboards and reporting
• Provide support to Field Force (training materials, guides, communication)
• Support delivery of digital projects (tracking, testing, rollout)

Who are we looking for – requirements

 
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, Business or similar
• 1–3 years experience in Digital / IT / Commercial support roles
• Advanced Excel / Power BI
• Data analysis and data visualization
• Basic understanding of CRM / digital platforms (e.g. MS Dyanmics/salesforce or similar is a plus)
• Advance English and Italian

Annual Base Salary: Eur 33500 – 44100  gross/year
