Rewards Analyst
 

 

 
We offer an exciting opportunity for a Rewards Analyst in JTI Italy within the People & Culture Department.

You will support the People & Culture Team across Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and HR Operations.


Key responsibilities:

•    Coordinate  & Support Rewards Manager on the employee benefits programs and provider selection, including daily administration, annual renewals, and market benchmarking.

•    Conduct salary and rewards analyses and prepare Total Rewards Statements, ensuring internal equity, market competitiveness, and accurate support to salary review and budgeting processes.

•    Support the P&C Business Partner in hiring documentation, onboarding, and mandatory communications, preparing employment contracts, required documentation, and ensuring efficient and compliant onboarding workflows.

•    Provide monthly payroll support and manage attendance data, validating inputs, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring accurate attendance, leave, and overtime information before payroll processing.

•    Ensure the correct payroll treatment of International Assignees (in and out) and ensure their cost and payroll management.

•    Guarantee the employees' data update and the payments to official institutions.
    
•    Perform administrative activities, including maintaining org charts, mapping files, contracts, and purchase processes, ensuring data accuracy across HR systems and proper document archiving.

•    Contribute to job descriptions, P&C budget monitoring, and HR projects, supporting drafting, updates, and cross functional initiatives.

 

Requirements:

•    University Degree in Business Economics
•    2-3 years of working experience in similar roles (preferably in FMCG companies).
•    Knowledge and understanding of payroll and accounting principles.
•    Strong analytical and organizational skills.
•    Attention to detail and confidentiality.
•    Effective team working attitudes.
•    Good project management skills.
•    Authenticity, creativity and boldness.
•    Fluent English and Italian (written and oral).
•    Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power Point).
•    Knowledge of SAP system would be an advantage.
