RRP DIGITAL RETENTION ASSOCIATE

 

The position exists to drive strategy to onboard, engage, and retain active consumer profiles. Primarily focused on achieving the volume, rate, and lifetime value potential of our consumer base. The role will interact with marketing and sales teams, digital acquisition, data & analytics teams to impact the full consumer lifecycle and improve business outcomes. Your responsibility will be managing consumer segmentation, targeting aligned with global guidelines and localization efforts, defining CRM strategy, including data collection and marketing automation.

 

Position

 

EXECUTE RRP eCRM PROGRAM

  • Consumer & Customer Data Management: Implement eCRM strategies including data collection and marketing automation to identify, size, and prioritize opportunities that drive higher lifetime value for target customer segments.

  • Program Monitoring & Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new campaigns. Optimize results through a data-centric approach.

EXPERIMENTATION AND TESTING

  • Continuously test and refine strategies to optimize performance and improve customer retention.

  • Track and analyze program performance using data-driven insights to enhance campaign effectiveness and maximize return on investment (ROI).

FOSTER COLLABORATION

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing & Sales teams, as well as internal and external partners (e.g., Digital Agencies).

  • Maintain regular contact with JTI RRP Team members to ensure alignment with all stakeholders (DBU, Legal, Corporate Affairs, etc.) and compliance with market standards and company procedures.

  • Partner with the local retail team to create synergy between brick-and-mortar and online business operations.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or consumer retention (preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian.
  • The capability to create a comprehensive retention strategy that encompasses email communication & SMS messages, along with data governance.
  • Expertise in designing and executing targeted campaigns to engage and retain customers through various digital channels.
  • Understanding of key retention metrics like churn rate, customer lifetime value (CLTV), and purchase frequency.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to track customer interactions, segment audiences, and personalize communications.
  • Experience with A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve the effectiveness of digital campaigns.
  • Solving problems with email deliverability, covering the whole topic of email warm-up alongside the re-engagement, effective campaign targeting, preparation and testing of campaign visuals, along with their evaluation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.
