People Experience Associate
What this position is about - Purpose
We offer an exciting opportunity for a People Experience Associate in JTI Italy within the People & Culture Department.
You will support the People & Culture Team in designing and implementing initiatives aimed at enhancing and ensuring optimal employee experience within the organization
Key responsibilities:
- Boost and coordinate employer branding initiatives externally and internally such as university traineeship programs, social media exploration, and collaborating with stakeholders in building a corporate brand. Take ownership of P&C communications.
- Support projects that create memorable and meaningful moments for our people. This includes onboarding new colleagues, supporting smooth transitions, or celebrating milestones. Coordinate employee engagement activities (e.g., year-end celebrations, conventions). Collaborate across teams to make sure every experience feels thoughtful, seamless, and aligned with our internal DEI practices.
- Measure the people success through defined KPIs, manage employee engagement surveys, provide guidance on actions plans, and conduct ad hoc surveys as needed. Collaborate with our corporate and regional partners on key projects.
- Manage employee benefits (e.g., lunch vouchers, health insurance) in alignment with the employee experience agenda and market benchmarks.
Requirements
University Degree.
1-3 years of working experience in similar roles, HR or Communication (preferably in FMCG companies).
Effective team working attitudes.
Strong project management skills.
Authenticity, creativity and boldness.
Good analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
Fluent English and Italian (written and oral).
Good knowledge of MS Office (Power Point and Excel) and appreciated use of design platforms, such as CANVA.
