Horeca & Leisure Support Associate
The Horeca & Leisure Support Associate ensures privileged consumer engagement through the strategic selection and activation of Special Channels touchpoints, maximizing awareness and equity of JTI Brands. This role owns the implementation, cost control, and reporting of on-field Special Events, leading external partners and ensuring full compliance. It also identifies and maximizes local business opportunities while managing and optimizing resource allocation.
Responsibilities:

Ensure maximum visibility of JTI Brands in Special Channels by overseeing agency execution and communication tools.

Continuously update, develop, and manage the POS Leisure panel to maintain relevance and uniqueness, improve Share of Market (SoM), and implement targeted activations aligned with brand/category priorities.

Develop and manage local contacts, ambassadors, and influencers to activate initiatives supporting company strategies, with a focus on the Reduced-Risk Products (RRP) category.

Supervise local agency mapping and support correct implementation of RRP activities in the field, focusing on operational mechanics and visibility.

Select and manage strategic POS Leisure panel locations and special touchpoints through cross-functional projects involving sales and communication, in line with business guidelines and under managerial supervision.

Scout new opportunities with key players and ambassadors to support marketing strategies and achieve business goals.

Manage local budgets for proposed implementations within the executive’s strategic plan.
Requirements:

University degree in Business Economics.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales/Marketing roles within the FMCG sector or in Communication/Event Agencies

Knowledge of the HoReCa channel is preferred
