Field Activation Associate - Northern & Central Italy

Position Purpose:

The Field Activation Associate supports the implementation and stabilization of the 121 execution model by ensuring that field execution standards are consistently applied, observed and reinforced. The role operates primarily on the field, contributing to execution excellence through real on-field observation, structured coaching support, capability reinforcement, and fact-based feedback to support 121 improvements.

Responsibilities:

As the Field Activation Associate, you will:

• Conduct regular on-field visits observing real execution across channels.
• Observe promoters and agency coordinators during live activities without pre-selection.
• Support structured coaching practices through 121 agencies’ coordinators and provide direct coaching when required.
• Deliver micro-enablement interventions such as targeted training, modeling and role plays.
• Provide qualitative insights to Retail Activation Manager to support Weekly Focus Review and corrective actions.

Requirements:

• University degree
• Minimum 3 years of experience in field activation, retail execution, sales support or similar roles, together with an experience working with external agencies or outsourced field forces. FMCG or structured retail environment is preferred
• High mobility required with frequent travel across assigned regions and flexibility to adapt schedules based on operational needs
• Strong on-field observation and coaching capability with independent way of working and clear communication style
• Fluent English & Italian, both spoken and writeen
