DIGITAL ACQUISITION MANAGER

 

 

Position purpose:

The Digital Acquisition Manager position exists to bridge data-driven performance marketing (Paid & Technical Web) with creative execution (SEO, Link Building, and Localized Content) to scale customer acquisition, boost organic rankings, and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS). The role focuses on improving conversion rates through data analysis, increasing both organic and paid website traffic, enhancing customer experience through localized content across website touchpoints, and optimizing program performance by continuously monitoring industry trends and best practices in digital acquisition. 

 

 

What will you do – responsibilities:

 

  • SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION (SEO), LINKBUILDING & OFF-PAGE AUTHORITY: Continuous keyword analysis, content gap identification, on-page updates, strategy creation, and performance reporting using GA4 and GSC. Formulating outreach strategies, acquiring authoritative backlinks, protecting backlink health, and building key digital publisher partnerships.
  • LOCAL CONTENT CREATION COORDINATION: Acting as the operational nexus for regional copywriters and localization vendors; crafting clear search-focused content briefs adapted to regional cultural nuances.
  • UTILIZE DATA TO DRIVE ACQUISITION PROGRAM SUCCESS: Leverage analytical tools and data collection techniques to identify high-value customer soruces. Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness to identify areas for improvement and optimize results using a data-centric approach, including the competitors' activitites.
  • EXPERIMENTATION AND TESTING: Continuously testing and refining strategies to optimize performance and improve customer acquisition.
  • FOSTER COLLABORATION: Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing & Sales) and external partners (digital agencies) to ensure program alignment and success. Maintain regular communication with JTI RRP Team members and other stakeholders to ensure adherence to company standards and processes. Partner with the local retail team to create a synergy between online and offline channels, driving omnichannel customer experience. Day-to-day collaboration with GCC team to mitigate any negative consumer experience on the website and tracking the data from LeadMetrix.

 

Who are we looking for – requirements:

 

  • The capability to create a comprehensive acquisition strategy that includes paid media, content production, link building, website technical improvement, along with data governance.
  • Expertise in designing and executing targeted campaigns to increase consumers / visitors from other digital sources.
  • Understanding of key acquisition metrics like conversion rate, bounce rate, page view per session, CPA, CPM.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog) and web technologies like HTML/CSS, CMS systems.
  • Deep understanding of the consumer journey across various digital touchpoints (website, app, social media, phone calls, offline touchpoints).
  • Excellent project management skills to plan, execute, and track the progress of retention programs and campaigns with focus on people development and their day-to-day support.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners (agencies) as well as with the direct reports.
