DIGITAL QA Tester

What this position is about - Purpose

The Digital QA tester position exists to help identify, implement, and co-manage strategic decision in Digital Ecosystem, including the global DES as well as local touchpoints like 121 application and Brand Ambassador. The position oversees and implements new features to ensure a company's products or services meet internal and external quality standards. S/he will be  working collaboratively with internal stakeholders (brand, legal, activation and IT teams) with day-to-day communication with external partners (agencies).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement testing strategies and plan - Establish and maintain quality standards and policies
• Identify and mitigate risks before release cycles
• Monitor and report on quality performance

• Creates and implements quality standards:
  
  • Develop and define JTI Italy QA standards in each consumer-facing touchpoints
  • Achieves quality assurance operational objectives by contributing to information analysis
  • Validates quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes

• Release management and testing:
  • Continuously testing and defining strategies about releases to optimize performance and improve customer experience
  • Develops quality assurance plans by conducting analyses and monitoring procedures on local and global touchpoints
  • Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends

• Manage audits, identify risk and ensure the compliance:
  • Meets business objectives by estimating requirements, co-creating annual budgets, and scheduling investment with securing the contracts
  • Ensure that products and processes meet all relevant legal and regulatory requiremen

Foster colaboration

• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing & Sales) and external partners (digital agencies) to ensure alignment and success.
• Maintain regular communication with JTI RRP Team members and other stakeholders to ensure adherence to company standards and processes.
• Partner with the local retail team to create a synergy between online and offline channels, driving omnichannel customer experience

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Math sciences, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• 1-2 years of experience in IT and product testing (preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian
• Strategy and planning, Defect Management and Analysis, Reporting and Communication, Collaboration, Testing scenarios, Problem-Solving, Agile methodology
