Communication and Partnership Associate
Position Purpose:
The Communication & Partnerships Associate supports the end to end execution of communication and partnership activities for the Ploom ecosystem.
The role ensures high quality deployment of assets, operational excellence with agencies and partners, and consistent tracking of communication performance across channels.
It contributes to delivering effective, compliant, and brand consistent communication while supporting the Communication & Partnership Manager in day to day operations.
Key responsibilities:
• Communication Strategy & Asset Development Support: Assist in the development and adaptation of communication assets across digital, print, POSM, OOH, social, events, and retail. Coordinate with agencies on timelines, deliverables, formats, and feedback cycles. Ensure local materials comply with global guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Creative Governance & Production Operations: Support the preparation of creative briefs and consolidation of inputs for production. Track asset versioning, maintain file organization, and manage internal distribution. Ensure stakeholders receive the correct materials in required formats and deadlines.
• OOH Execution Support: Assist in OOH planning and deployment (site mapping, layout preparation, material delivery). Monitor installations, timelines, and compliance checks. Collect performance data from media partners (reach, impressions, cost efficiency).
• Partnership Activation Support: Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and approvals for partnership activities. Support logistics for events, co branded content, and activation materials. Gather post activation metrics and support ROI assessments.
• Ecosystem Deployment & Cross Functional Alignment: Support Retail, Trade, Digital, Legal, and Events teams with communication tools and guidelines. Ensure smooth distribution of communication assets across all touchpoints. Maintain documentation of approvals, adaptations, and deployment reports.
• Measurement & Continuous Improvement: Update communication dashboards and track KPIs (awareness, impressions, engagement, OOH results, partnership ROI).
Support post campaign reporting and insight collection. Proactively identify execution improvements and operational efficiencies.
