COMBUSTIBLE ASSOCIATE
Support the Combustible Group Manager in the implementation of the Combustible Brands Strategy and assist in the definition, development, and monitoring of assigned marketing activities for the category and brand in scope, according to assigned budget, timeline, and priorities, and in line with JTI Policy and Procedures, Marketing Standards, and Global Brand Guidelines.
- Contribute to assessing and identifying growing opportunities and commercial priorities to set relevant brand strategies
- Support combustible categories and JTI Brand performance analysis vs competition
- Support the definition and implementation of a consistent packaging plan with the relevant supporting activities, in conjunction with key stakeholders
- Secure Brand Activation implementation's alignment to Brand Guidelines, by supporting relevant Consumer and Trade Marketing activities and providing clear directions for their high quality development, in respect of timeline, available resources and JTI standards.
- Establish an open dialogue with all the functions which are instrumental to a seamless implementation of the defined Brand strategies and activation platforms
- Ensure the sharing of JTI Italy best practices with HQ Teams (or other markets), following up requests on local performances, providing any required information about brand and competitors, highlighting quantitative and qualitative results through ad hoc presentation
Requirements:
- University Degree in Business Economics / MBA or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 / 3 years of relevant experience in marketing positions within FMCG companies.
- Marketing Mix Savvy & Creative - Consumer Centric Attitude.
- Analytical and reporting skills.
- Planning and organization skills.
- Stakeholders' management. Ability to deal with different departments.
- Interpersonal and communication skills.
- One Team spirit and teamworking, able to work cross-functionally.
- Fluency in Italian and English (speaking and writing).
