ACTIVATION ASSOCIATE

The Retail Activation Analytics & Performance Associate supports the planning and continuous improvement of the 1-2-1 Retail Activation program through data analysis, performance reporting, and actionable business insights.

The role supports the identification, prioritization, and selection of points of sale for activation, combining commercial priorities, outlet potential, historical performance, geographic coverage, and operational feasibility.

The Associate develops and maintains recurring dashboards and reports to monitor activation KPIs, point-of-sale productivity, execution quality, and sales-agent performance. The role also supports the structured assessment of sales agents and translates the results into targeted training and development paths in collaboration with the Field Activation Team and agency partners.

As the Activation Associate, you will:

• Support the planning of 1-2-1 activation activities by analysing commercial priorities, outlet potential, historical results, geographic coverage, and operational constraints.
• Develop selection criteria and recommendations for prioritising points of sale in collaboration with Sales, Field Activation, and Consumer Journey teams.
• Build, maintain, and improve dashboards and recurring reports covering activation performance, POS productivity, consumer engagement, conversion, and execution quality.
• Consolidate and validate data, identify trends and variances, and translate findings into clear business insights and recommendations.
• Support sales-agent performance assessment, identifying strengths, capability gaps, and key performance drivers across teams, agencies, territories, and channels.
• Support the development of targeted onboarding, coaching, and training paths based on performance and capability needs, and monitor their effectiveness.
• Ensure data quality and consistent KPI reporting, while supporting continuous improvement of activation tools, reporting solutions, and overall field-force productivity.
