TME Technical Integration Manager
Purpose:
The TME Technical Integration Manager is accountable for driving, delivering, and managing optimized infrastructure and technical integration solutions, projects, and operations within the TME Connect BI area. This role ensures that technical solutions are fully integrated, fit-for-purpose, aligned with business needs, and delivered with a high standard of operational excellence.
The Trade Marketing Excellence (TME) program, established at JTI in 2005, spans 35 markets and over 4,000 users, covering more than 90% of JTI’s OCC. TME is a critical enabler of Sales and Trade Marketing processes worldwide—from planning to execution and evaluation.
The TME Connect initiative aims to modernize the TME platform by leveraging cloud-based technologies and delivering a simplified and standardized version of JTI Trade Marketing processes, primarily focused on Field Force Execution and Business Intelligence Evaluation.
Responsibilities:
1. Cloud Governance & Platform Management
Manage cloud sizing, cost control, budget forecasting, and reporting, while maintaining a detailed inventory of infrastructure resources.
Ensure compliance with JTI Technical Security Standards, including certificates, identity management, and access control.
Execute governance and operational support for TME Connect BI, covering Azure Cloud resources, Power BI Capacity Nodes, and platform integration and extensibility, including but not limited to:
– Architecture, integrations, and extensibility
– Provisioning and configuration
– Platform administration and monitoring
– Incident, change, and outage management
– Restore point recovery
– Support, migrations, upgrades, optimizations, and performance tuning
2. Technical Integration & Collaboration
Serve as the main Single Point of Contact (SPOC) from IT Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) for TME Connect BI.
Collaborate with IT functions (D&A Data Platforms & Operations, BTS, GDC, IT I&O teams, outsourced operations, and consultancy services) to assess, design, and implement technical solutions, ensuring full integration, alignment with business needs, compliance with procedures, and operational excellence.
3. Platform Support & Operations
Provide ongoing operational support for TME Connect BI, including troubleshooting, monitoring, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and extensibility of the platform.
Maintain detailed documentation of system architecture, processes, and operational procedures.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field

Proven experience in IT infrastructure, cloud governance, or technical integration, ideally within multinational organizations

Strong knowledge of Azure Cloud, Microsoft Power BI, and enterprise IT operations

Experience managing cloud sizing, budgeting, cost control, and resource inventory

Solid understanding of IT security standards, identity, and access management

Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment

Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM practices, including incident, change, and outage management
