Logistics Performance Manager
What this position is about – Purpose:
The Logistics Performance Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence across logistics processes by redesigning workflows, automating reporting and data flows, and developing robust Power BI–based KPIs that enable fact‑based decision making, reducing manual effort, increasing data reliability, and improving cost, service and inventory performance across the Iberia cluster.
What will you do - Responsibilities:
• Continuous Improvement & Process Optimization:
Identify, design and implement end‑to‑end logistics process improvements (planning, inventory, distribution, reporting).
Lead improvement initiatives to reduce manual work, inefficiencies, errors and lead times.
Standardize logistics processes and data definitions across markets within the cluster.
Support change management, ensuring adoption of new tools and processes by users.
• Automation of Logistics Reporting & Data Flows
Replace manual and Excel‑based logistics reports with automated, sustainable solutions.
Work with BI/IT teams to define requirements for data extraction, transformation and automation.
Ensure data integrity, consistency and auditability across logistics datasets.
Act as business owner for logistics automation initiatives and reporting systems
• Power BI KPI Development & Analytics
Design and develop Power BI dashboards and KPIs covering:
Inventory performance (coverage, ageing, write‑offs)
Planning accuracy and execution
Replenishment among the islands
Whom are we looking for – Requirements:
• University degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or similar.
• 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, performance management or related areas. Experience in roles involving data analysis, reporting, KPIs or process improvement is preferred.• Experience in consumer goods, tobacco, or regulated industries preferred
• Spanish required. English is an advantage
• Proven track record in process improvement and automation. Advanced knowledge of Power BI (dashboard design, KPI logic, data models). Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. High data literacy and attention to detail. Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Structured, improvement‑driven and proactive mindset.
Contract details
This is a temporary part-time position created to replace the portion corresponding to the 50% reduction in working hours of a team member.
The assignment is currently expected to last at least until January next year. However, the exact duration of the contract is linked to the employee’s reduced-hours arrangement. The employee may decide to return to a full-time schedule at any time, which would result in the end of this temporary assignment.
Conversely, if the reduced schedule is extended beyond January, the temporary contract may also continue beyond this date.
