Talent Management Manager
Purpose:
The Talent Management Manager plays a pivotal role in aligning talent strategy with business value creation. This position is responsible for, in alignment with Talent to value global team, identifying critical roles, assessing talent capabilities, and manage all those initiatives that ensure that employees careers and performance assessments are equally and fairly managed. The position will be also in charge of all the employer branding and employee engagement activities of the Iberia Cluster.
Your responsabilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for the Global Talent to Value team, being responsible for the implementation of all the global Talent to Value iniatitives, tools and frameworks in the Iberia Cluster, such as: leadership models, company culture strategies and career management frameworks.
- Manage the mapping process of all those local talent needs that may require the construction of local talent initiatives, ensuring alignment between business objectives and talent strategies.
- Coordinate talent reviews, capability assessments and succession planning processes always in collaboration with the P&C BPs .
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on talent strategy, partnering with them to dentify value-driving roles and capabilities across functions.
- Implement the global tools and processes to assess performance, ensuring internal equity and a proper employees' understanding of the performance evaluation process.
- Lead the internal engagement activities of the Cluster, as well as the corporate culture initiatives.
- Develop and execute employer branding strategies that attract top talent, enhance employee engagement, and align with the company’s values and business goals.
- Support in those training activities developed within the L&D team that may require an extra assistance.
Who we are looking for:
- University Degree (eg. Human Resources, Communication, Business Administration, Psychology, Engineering)
- 5+ years of solid experience in similar positions, preferably within a multinational company
- Fluent in Spanish and English. Portuguese is a plus.
- A Talent Management advocate with a highly developed business acumen
- Skilled in communication and leadership development
- Comfortable working across diverse teams and cultures.
- Analytical and with a continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on measurable impact.
- Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
