                                  SDC Development Manager

Purpose:

To ensure high level of SAP development support by the SDC Development Logistic team who provides S/HANA & BTP (ABAP/RAP, CAP) production and projects support to meet all business requirements which involves mega processes F2S, O2C, P2P and other logistic and cross-functional processes, focusing on new ABAP technics as well as SAP innovations and latest technologies, providing direction and leadership in promoting and implementing of best-practice solutions including requirements gathering, facilitation of business process discussions, analysis, solution design and documentation, testing, tracking of issues and their resolution for new and existing JTI customer development objects. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage and participate in all phases of development lifecycle (planning, design, coding, testing, deployment and maintenance) of S4/HANA focused in logistics SAP modules and using AGILE project management methodologies.

• Discover and use the cutting edge development technologies that SAP ecosystem currently offers: ABAP, HANA, FIORI, SAPUI5, FPM, CDS, AMDP, OData, API Rest, ADT, BAS, BTP and Netweaver traditional programming: classical ABAP, Web Dynpro, Interface Programming, Enhancement framework, Forms (Adobe, Smartforms & Sapscripts) & Object Oriented Programming.

• Prioritize cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement with other company IT teams: BTS (Functional), GSD (Support), Security, SAP Enterprise Architecture & GTC (Basis).

• Works closely with other development team members and share with them all knowledge on SAP S4/HANA in Logistics development Management and SAP approach to future developments in this area.

Requirements :

• 3–5 years experience working with SAP

• Experience in working in multi-national environment

• Experience in working with global single SAP instance

• Experience working in virtual and international teams

• Experience working in projects implementations is an asset

• Previous JTI Global Reference Model experience is a plus

• Good Documentation skills

• A high level of development skills in Global Supply Chain/Logistic modules

• Experience of implementing global solutions for large international companies
