                                               Process Expert Manager

Purpose:

We are looking for a Consolidation & Reporting Specialist to join our BTS Finance Performance team in the position of a Process Expert. The role acts as a functional and technical specialist, supporting, configuring, and continuously improving financial consolidation, planning, controlling, and reporting solutions. You will work closely with Finance and IT stakeholders to ensure stable operations, efficient processes, and the successful implementation of system changes and enhancements. This position requires a strong Finance consolidation background combined with an IT‑oriented, solution‑driven mindset.

Responsibilities :

• Provide functional and technical expertise for Finance processes and applications (SAP S/4HANA, BW/reporting solutions, Microsoft related tools)
• Perform hands‑on system configuration, functional setup, and parameterization of consolidation and reporting solutions
• Support stable month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end consolidation closings in SAP Group Reporting
• Analyze incidents and change requests, identify root causes, and deliver sustainable solutions
• Gather, challenge, and translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications with an IT mindset
• Drive process improvements through automation, simplification, and standardization in the area
• Support and participate in end‑to‑end implementations, including solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live hypercare
• Act as a key interface between Finance business users and IT teams (BRM Business Relationship Management).Guide Finance users on system functionalities, configuration implications, and best practices

Requirements :

• SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting (GR)
• SAP S/4HANA FI/CO
• Fiori applications
• Excel & Power BI
• Knowledge of SAP GRDC and SAP ICMR – nice to have
• SAP BW / SAP Analytics Cloud / SAP Datasphere / SAP Business Data Cloud – nice to have
• MS PowerApps, Power Automate, advanced Copilot – nice to have
• Strong understanding of finance processes
• Group consolidation and reporting
• Knowledge of IFRS
• Understanding of reporting cycles
• Experience with SAP GR or other consolidation tools
• System configuration and functional setup
• Experience in Finance IT support and/or project delivery
• Hands-on implementation experience (design, configuration, testing, deployment)
• Experience in Finance / Accounting / Consolidation / Finance IT
• University degree in Finance / IT / Business
• Accounting certification or equivalent expertise – nice to have
• Structured and analytical mindset
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Proactive and willing to learn
• Experience in an international environment – nice to have
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
