P&C Operations Associate
Purpose of the role:
The P&C Operations Associate is responsible for administering company processes and benefits, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements. This role involves handling documentation, reporting, and providing support for various operational tasks within the P&C department.
Key Responsibilities:
As the P&C Operations Associate, you will:
- Administer insurances, benefits, and related platforms end‑to‑end: process health and life insurance enrollments/terminations, manage invoices and Benefit in Kind, and handle insurance flexibilization requests and communications.
- Serve as the SPOC for employee services: T&E management and Citi incidents, car fleet coordination and incident handling, Coverflex administration, and management of advances and loans; oversee seasonal initiatives (e.g., Christmas baskets and lottery).
- Ensure compliance with legal and internal requirements by preparing working calendars (data collection, preparation, and system upload), owning the time‑tracking system, and monitoring data quality.
- Lead document management: digitize employee files, oversee onboarding documentation and teleworking processes, and keep People & Culture (P&C) policies updated on SharePoint.
- Manage the CLM platform, ensuring accurate records, timely updates, and proper user support.
- Deliver accurate, timely reporting: update headcount templates (hires, terminations, Spain/Portugal), monitor and resolve data quality errors, prepare delinquency reports, and compile documentation for Large Retailers.
- Provide operational support to Rewards Managers across various activities and cyclical processes.
Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent education; Human Resources background
- 2–3 years of experience in Rewards and Personnel Administration in a multinational company
- Experience in labor legislation
- Good knowledge of SAP HR or SF
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Spanish and English
