Microsoft Development Manager

We are looking for a Development Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of Microsoft‑based business applications in an international environment, contributing to high‑impact digital products that support strategic business goals.

This role is centered on software delivery leadership, product execution, quality, collaboration, and stakeholder alignment.
This role focuses on delivery leadership and outcomes, rather than day‑to‑day technical execution.

You will work closely with business partners and external teams within a modern Microsoft technology ecosystem (Azure, web, SQL), ensuring strong delivery outcomes and shared ownership.

Position:

• Lead end‑to‑end software delivery for Microsoft application solutions
• Ensure delivery quality, performance, and stability
• Collaborate with business, IT, and external development partners
• Coordinate and guide external development teams
• Review technical solutions, estimations, and delivery plans
• Support delivery governance, SLAs, risk management, and dependencies
• Promote Agile delivery practices and continuous improvement
• Ensure alignment with Microsoft Azure, web, and SQL architecture standards

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software delivery, development management, or product delivery
• 3+ years delivering solutions using Microsoft web technologies, SQL Server, and Azure
• Experience working with external partners and distributed teams
• Good understanding of Agile delivery and DevOps principles
• Experience with Azure DevOps for delivery tracking and coordination
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder orientation
• Nice to have: familiarity with containerized application environments
