Learning & Development Manager
Position Purpose:
To design, coordinate, and implement impactful learning and development programs across all the departments of the Iberia cluster (Spain, Portugal and Andorra), from commercial teams to supporting functions, based on the needs identified in the organization and the business goals to be achieved. This role will drive the capability building, leadership development, and commercial excellence of the organization.
Main Areas of Responsibility:
- Together with the ExCom Directors, identify and map the L&D needs of the different departments and markets of the Iberia Cluster, and design local L&D programs according to these needs while continuously enhancing the existing ones.This include the creation of commercial training programs that provide the sales teams of the Cluster the capabilities they will need to have to achieve the company business goals.
- Facilitate face to face and online workshops and training sessions, or coordinate its facilitation via external consultants when needed.
- Be the main responsible and point of contact for the L&D global teams, implementing the corresponding global programs and adapting them to the local needs of the cluster
- Manage the deployment of local recurrent L&D programs.
- Serve as main point of contact for all the local L&D providers ensuring that our relationship with them meets all the internal requirements and that they provide a service that meets the standards of excellence that the company requires.
- Measure training effectiveness and analyze data to identify improvement areas, reporting main results and insights to the leadership team.
- Collaborate with those Talent to value activities developed within the L&D team that may require an extra assistance.
Requirements:
- University Degree (eg. Human Resources, Communication, Business Administration, Psychology, Engineering)
- 5+ years of solid experience in similar positions, preferably within a multinational company
- Fluent in Spanish and English. Portuguese is a plus.
- A passionate learning advocate with solid experience in training design, facilitation, and evaluation.
- Skilled in communication, coaching, leadership development, and commercial training.
- Comfortable working across diverse teams and cultures.
- Analytical and with a continous improvement mindset, with a focus on measurable impact.
- Available to travel across the different markets of the Iberia Cluster (Spain Mainland & Canary Islands, Portugal & Andorra).
- Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
