Iberia FP&A Consolidation Manager CTP & RRP (Global STA)

 

We are seeking a strategic FP&A professional to play a key role within our Iberia Cluster. This position is responsible for the Consolidating of the FP&A across the entire cluster: Spain, Portugal, Canary Islands, Andorra, and Gibraltar, covering both CTP and RRP. 
The role will work closely with the FP&A Lead and the Finance Director, coordinating the A&SP process and submission and collaborating with each of the markets, supporting to shape the storyline and build the decks.
 
Key Responsibilities:


•    Lead the Iberia Cluster Strategic Planning: Drive the strategic planning process by coordinating timelines and collaborating with key stakeholders across the business. Provide guidance to Market FP&As and serve as point of contact for the Region and HQ regarding financial performance, requirements, and inquiries related to the Iberia Cluster. Actively contribute to decision-making, help shape the financial narrative, and support the creation of decks. Serve as a trusted partner to the FP&A Lead, acting as their shadow and backup when needed.

•    Strategic Business Partner with Market FP&As: Collaborate closely with Market FP&As and the Commercial Finance pillar (Marketing & Sales and OPEX) to support planning, performance analysis, and financial results management across the Iberia markets. Provide comprehensive support on RRP-specific requirements, including the Economic Model, NRV, Onerous, and stock management across the cluster. Lead initiatives aimed at improving OCC and FCF performance, ensuring timely corrective actions to meet financial targets.

•    Financial and Performance Analysis and Reporting: Enhance and standardize the reporting deck for Iberia local management, ensuring it includes all key performance and financial information and analysis of Actuals YTD and YTG versus plan (OLs, LEs, and A&SP). Go beyond the numbers by transforming data into insights that help the business identify opportunities and mitigate risks. Coordinate monthly and quarterly reporting processes, such as CFO briefs, for the Iberia markets.

•    Tools & Ways of Working: Evaluate and review the current tools used by the Iberia finance teams (e.g., Excel, Power BI), identifying opportunities for improvement and dashboard development. Lead the implementation of MSM and oversee the ongoing enhancement of tools for budgeting, financial forecasting, operating planning, and financial modelling.

•    Ad Hoc requests: Support management in any ad-hoc matters to support implementation of market strategies.

Skills & Qualifications:


•    5+ years in FP&A or Commercial Finance in a FMCG Company with preferable 2 years in a similar position.
•    Ability to work cross-functionally, engaging stakeholders from diverse backgrounds and taking them on the journey with you 
•    Comfortable working under tight deadlines and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
•    A proactive, curious, and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
•    Ability to translate complex financial data into insights.
•    Fluency in English (written and spoken). Spanish and Portugues are a plus.
•    University degree in Economics/Finance and Accounting. Masters, MBA or financial qualifications would be a plus.
