Digital Excellence and Product Manager

 

 

This role accelerates JTI’s digital transformation by embedding human-centric design and product-centric principles into the organization’s digital operating model. It drives the adoption of product management practices within D&IT and operationalizes the Digital Journey and Digital Excellence frameworks to ensure consistent, value-driven digitalization. As a strategic connector between D&IT and business teams, the role identifies, prioritizes, and translates digital opportunities into actionable roadmaps aligned with business strategy. It fosters cross-functional collaboration, promotes scalable and cost-efficient digital capabilities, and integrates digital outcomes into planning and financial processes. Ultimately, it enables JTI to mature its digital operating model and ecosystems, maximize value delivery, and ensure digital products and services are impactful and sustainable.

 

Position: 

 

  • Drive adoption of the Digital Journey, support teams in applying the Digital Excellence methodology to identify, prioritize, and plan digital initiatives
  • Roll out product management practices across D&IT, develop training materials, onboarding guides, and coaching support
  • Lead and animate the Product Management Community of Practice
  • Partner with OCDIO, Enterprise Architecture, Data & Analytics, and other D&IT teams to map digital opportunities against the current and future technology landscape and operating model
  • Collaborate with strategy and experience teams to embed human-centric design and total experience principles into product management workflows, ensuring experience strategy informs every stage of product delivery    

 

 

Requirements:  

 

  • University degree
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, digital enablement, or transformation roles within an international organization
  • Experience working across business functions and applying product-centric methodologies in complex environments is a strong advantage
  • Proven experience in product management, ideally in a digital transformation or enterprise context
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and human-centered design
  • Skilled in facilitation, coaching, and capability building
  • Experience with agile delivery, product lifecycle management, and stakeholder engagement
