Digital Ecosystem Roll Out Manager

What this role is about

The Digital Ecosystem Rollout Manager is responsible for the successful implementation and adoption of the Digital Ecosystem Solution (DES) across assigned markets. The role ensures rollouts are executed on time, in scope, and with stakeholder commitment, while coordinating with local and global teams to secure business readiness and smooth adoption.

Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams, the Digital Ecosystem Rollout Manager provides clear communication, aligns priorities, and resolves issues. The position requires strong project management skills, Business Relationship Management (BRM), and solid understanding of digital systems and platforms to guide markets effectively through each rollout.

What will you do

Rollout Management

  • Lead end-to-end rollout of DES in assigned markets.
  • Apply project management methodologies and best practices to plan, track, and deliver rollouts.
  • Coordinate temporary squads to ensure successful market adoption.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and provide structured reporting to stakeholders and leadership.

Business Relationship Management (BRM)

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local business and IT stakeholders.
  • Align markets, HQ, and IT delivery teams on rollout priorities and timelines.
  • Facilitate effective communication across functions and act as a trusted partner in markets.
  • Ensure that local needs are heard, guided, and managed in line with the program scope.
  •

Digital Ecosystem Knowledge

  • Develop a strong understanding of DES — its design, features, and capabilities.
  • Build knowledge of related global tools (e.g., B2B2C platforms) that integrate with DES.
  • Be able to explain and guide markets on how these systems work together in practice.
  • Support markets in identifying practical solutions within existing system capabilities, avoiding unnecessary complexity.

Agile Deliver

  • Work in alignment with Agile delivery processes (sprints, releases, backlog management).
  • Participate in sprint reviews and release planning to stay up to date on upcoming features.
  • Communicate phased delivery timelines clearly to rollout markets.

What are we looking for

Education & Background

  • University degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven project management experience in multi-market or complex rollouts.
  • Experience in digital system implementations or digital transformation programs.

Technical / Functional Knowledge

  • Understanding of IT concepts, including system integrations, dependencies, and data flows.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
  • Familiarity with global IT systems and digital platforms, such as:
    • eCommerce solutions (e.g., Adobe Commerce/Magento, BigCommerce or similar)
    • Content management systems (e.g., Wordpress, Adobe Experience Manager or similar)
    • eCRM tools: marketing automation, segmentation (e.g., Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.)
    • Analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI)
  • Experience with project and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Office 365).

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong stakeholder management and BRM skills: ability to influence, align, and build trust across business and IT.
  • Excellent communication skills: able to adapt messaging for executives, local teams, and technical groups.
  • Solid problem-solving ability: capable of guiding markets toward effective solutions within system capabilities.
  • Able to work under pressure, handle uncertainty, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Other Considerations

  • Willingness to travel occasionally to markets during key rollout phases.
