Position: OCDIO D&IT Process Manager
Location: Madrid, Spain

 

                                                          D&IT Process Manager

Purpose:

The primary role is to be the expert in the D&IT process he/she owns, designs, and keeps improving in line with D&IT strategic goals and objectives. Manages the operations of his/her processes. Facilitates trainings and communications in alignment with the Change Management Team. Ensures that process documentation and policies of his/her processes are in place and up to date.

Responsibilities :

D&IT Process Management :

  • Take responsibility for managing one or several D&IT processes to effectively approve or reject introducing changes and making improvements that will increase productivity, reduce costs, and keep processes simple

  • Ensure that processes and practices are aligned across teams and providers to operate effectively and efficiently

  • Engage with and influence stakeholders to ensure that processes are orchestrated and managed to meet agreed service levels, security requirements, and other quality standards

  • Contribute to the development of policies, standards, and guidelines

  • Promote simplification to ensure efficiencies

  • Support other D&IT processes owned by peers

Communication Management :

  • Liaise with Digital & IT Leads on current initiatives so that future processes and systems are aligned with management expectations and are well adopted to deliver expected benefits

  • Align with the D&IT Change Management Team in all communications to promote new initiatives and inform about progress

  • Prepare state-of-the-art presentations (PowerPoint), ensuring the content is meaningful, comprehensive and adds value

Documentation & Training Management :

  • Ensure all documentation for his/her processes and peers is up to date

  • Prepare and deliver trainings for all D&IT processes owned

Performance Management :

  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of Technology Master Data in D&IT systems (ServiceNow, Power BI, etc.)

  • Recommend and participate in process analysis; support monthly D&IT strategic and operational KPIs and any other D&IT dashboards, as well as related analysis for the D&IT Process Performance Manager

Requirements :

  • University degree (D&IT, Data, Business, etc.)

  • 10+ years of IT experience in designing and implementing IT processes/capabilities in a global, multicultural environment

  • Project management experience

  • Previous experience in a JTI BTS team is likely

  • Excellent English (written and spoken)

  • Excellent understanding and knowledge of D&IT process architecture and industry best practices

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
