C-WoW Team Coach Manager
C-WoW – Collaborative Ways of Working
Delivering Vision #1 means delivering our Company Priorities better, faster, and together. That’s where Collaborative Ways of Working (C-WoW) comes in.
C-WoW is about how we get things done - from setting clear priorities and defining value, to assembling the right skills, shaping strong project teams, and enabling effective collaboration every step of the way. To accelerate this shift, we are strengthening our internal capabilities while reducing reliance on external Agile caoches. That’s why we are introducing C-WoW Coaches, who act as trusted internal partners to Project Teams and Project Leads, are accountable for delivering priorities that impact company performance, and build the tools and practices that embed collaboration into our everyday work.
What is the role about?
C-WoW Team Coach Manager is responsible for:
• Coaching at the team level for Project Leads (WG2) and Team Members
• Contributing to delivery of key initiatives via C-WoW by acting as a sparring partner to Project Leads, embedding C-WoW and Agile practices in project teams, and securing execution through metrics, plans, coaching of team members, and resourcing
• C-WoW practices execution and roll-out: driving adoption across the company, training employees, and engaging practitioners
• Facilitating best-practice-sharing communities across regions and functions
Who are we looking for?
While the role organizationally reports to the P&C function, day-to-day interaction will be primarily with various business functions.
We are looking for an experienced Manager with a good understanding of corporate priorities and strategy, proven experience in driving business projects, and a coaching practice. We are looking for you if you have:
• Good business acumen and understanding of different parts of the organization
Having external certifications and experience as coach in JTI programs is a plus
• Professional coaching expertise with solid practical application
• Good understanding of organizational development and team dynamics principles
• Good understanding and practical application of Agile methodologies
• Good influence, collaboration, and communication skills
• Problem-solving, contextual thinking, and ability to connect the dots
• Innovative thinking and the ability to develop grounded solutions in high-uncertainty environments
• High accountability and ownership mindset
This is a unique opportunity to shape outcomes at a global scale, build a powerful cross-company network, and take ownership of mission-critical initiatives.
