What this program is about: 

• Professional Development program for recent graduates.

• Duration: 2 years.

• Full time position.

• The candidate will join our Digital & IT Global Hub in Madrid.

• Rotations in different departments such as Business Technology (Marketing and Sales) Corporate Sustainability Digitalization, Enterprise Platforms, AI Strategy and Innovation services...

• Mentor support and ongoing training.

• Access to JTI Internal Vacancies.

• Location: Madrid

• Start date: September 2026

• Number of vacancies: 5

What will you do – Responsibilities:  

Since this is a rotational program, tasks and knowledge areas will be varied. Graduates provide support in different Digital & IT departments: Business Technology (Marketing and Sales,) Corp Sustainability Digitalization, Enterprise Platforms, AI Strategy and Innovation services...

Who are we looking for - Requirements:  

• Recent graduate or finishing university studies.

• Students or graduates from: Industrial engineering, Computer engineering or similar.

• Skills: proactivity, flexibility, positive attitude towards learning, results-oriented, and good communication.

• Language skills: fluent in English (C1) and fluent in Spanish (C1)
