An opportunity is currently available for suitably qualified talent to fill the following vacant position in the People & Culture Department:

 

People & Culture Business Partner

 

Reports to: People & Culture Director.

 

The position is responsible for driving business performance through the delivery of comprehensive people-focused solutions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training and development, performance, and talent management. The incumbent will collaborate with management to ensure that optimal organizational structures are consistently maintained to support the company’s key performance indicators (KPIs).

 

 Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational goals.
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Design and implement training and development programs to build capability.
  • Drive performance management and talent development initiatives.
  • Support organizational design and workforce planning to optimize structures.
  • Provide guidance on the implementation of company policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Contribute to building a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Manage the maintenance of employee data using HRIS.
  • Lead and develop team members.

 

Qualifications and Experience

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • 3 to 5 years in a managerial position. Experience in a manufacturing company will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (preferably SAP) and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong leadership, communication, planning, decision-making, relationship-building and coaching skills.
