Reporting to: Leaf Planning & Analysis Manager

WHAT THIS POSITION IS ABOUT: PURPOSE
The position exists to assist in Leaf P&A activities by developing and ensuring implementation of leaf cycle plans in order to achieve uninterrupted process flows throughout the leaf supply chain, thereby achieving targeted operational durations from processing to shipments. This position interacts regularly with various processes including Agronomy, Leaf Buying, ERP (Systems) and part of finance (product costing).
WHAT YOU WILL DO: RESPONSIBILITIES
- ERP data preparation before usage by submitting material request templates to Leaf Planning System (LPS) and ensuring all required materials are correctly set up in SAP and downloaded to Leaf Point (LFPT).
- Review and Standardize planning and analysis templates and ensure they are updated with Plans and Latest estimates to attain accurate performance tracking.
- Enhance leaf data reconciliation and accountability of all system transactions between Leaf Point and SAP reporting any identified anomalies to relevant stakeholders for corrective actions.
- Consistent, timely and accurate reporting of Leaf Operations KPI's by developing and updating all reports to enable performance tracking and management’s decision making.
- Assist in consolidation of KPI and ASP numbers from key stakeholders and update relevant Finance templates within stipulated timelines.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: REQUIREMENTS
- University degree or Advanced Diploma in relevant fields of study.
- Minimum of 3 Years experience working directly in supply chain management within the Tobacco industry.
- Key skills include communication, planning and organization, analysis and problem solving.
- Advanced Skills in MS Office Suite, Advanced Power BI skills.
- Fluent in oral and written English.
