Reporting to: Financial Planning and Analysis Manager 

Role: Fixed Term

POSITION PURPOSE

The role is responsible for supporting Financial Planning and Reporting (FP&R) activities, including the analysis of financial and non-financial data to inform planning and reporting processes. It also involves maintaining accurate product costing and ensuring that tobacco valuation aligns with company policies and standards.

WHAT WILL YOU DO: RESPONSIBILITIES

• Product cost planning and execution of monthly closing steps.
• Support in Annual Strategic Plans and forecasts for all planning cycles.
• Verify SAP postings to ensure the correct GL Account and Cost Center align with the budget and make corrections to maintain data integrity.
• Prepare various financial reports monthly.
• Maintain (SAP) data and ensure adherence to baseline internal controls to achieve compliance

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR: REQUIREMENTS

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or external audit.
• Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient in both written and verbal skill
