Marketing Associate Tunisia

We are looking for a Marketing Associate for a position located in the Tunisia office and reporting to the country Marketing Manager.

The Ideal candidate will be responsible for the implementation of Marketing initiatives in the respective market, both Portfolio initiative and Consumer & Trade Activation programs, focused on digital marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Brand Guidelines Management:

  • Create and manage all consumer promotional initiatives in compliance with local legislation and with JTI Marketing Global Guidelines.
  • Performance measurement and corrective actions for the branded initiatives.

Consumer and Trade Activation Programs: 

  • Planning and development of consumer activities across all channels and touch points.
  • Create all branded activities influencing awareness and equity.
  • Development of channel programs, merchandising and POPM.
  • Branded trade promotional initiatives.

Project Management:

  • Coordinate the implementation of local Brand Portfolio projects (new product launches, LEPs, etc.).
  • Support the Strategic Insights team in the implementation of local projects.

Budget Management:

  • Budget Allocation & Monitoring to secure an effective and efficient budget allocation to the Trade Activities: Visibility & Activation & Developed materials ( i.e. POSM , 1-2-1, Trade Programs and Consumer Activations). 
  • Follow-up on supplier’s deliverables.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Marketing or Business Administration
  • At least 3 years Marketing experience, preferably in the FMCG industry
  • Fluent in French, Arabic & English. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A strong analytical mindset and strategic thinking. Excellent to very good skills in Excel & Powerpoint are a requisite.
