IT Support Associate Tunisia

We are looking for an Onsite IT Support Associate based in Tunis (Lac 2), reporting to the Onsite IT I&O Manager for the NWA Cluster.

In this role, you will handle support requests in English, primarily face-to-face, and provide advanced technical IT assistance and user support services. You will be based permanently at our Tunis office during business hours and may also support regional sales offices when needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing on-site technical assistance in IT and offering expertise on related projects to ensure optimal service for users.
  • Advising, proposing solutions, and providing advanced technical support to meet user needs.
  • Stepping in to compensate for specific technical skills gaps necessary for optimal use of the client’s IT tools and systems.
  • Quickly resolving IT system and tool failures or interruptions while minimizing their impact on user functional needs.
  • Continuously improving the availability of IT systems to meet user expectations.
  • Assisting the IT structure in identifying and clarifying.

Requirements:

  • University Degree in computer systems, Networks, or a related field Or Equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 2/3 years years of overall experience in IT discipline.
  • Fluent in oral and written English & FrenchGood understanding of Sales & Distribution.
  • TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED: (Azure / Intune, Windows 11, iOS (iPhone/iPad), Microsoft Office 365, Inventory system and incident management (ServiceNow), strong knowledge of ITIL processes and methodologies, proficiency in troubleshooting network infrastructure and workstation issues, excellent teamwork and communication skills, strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills)
