JTI Talent Internship – Strategic Insights Track

This internship is a hands-on experience where you will work with real data to support business decisions. Your contributions will help translate data into actionable insights that drive commercial performance.

As a JTI Talent Intern in Strategic Insights, you will:

• Support data consolidation and performance reporting for business tracking
• Assist in transforming data into clear insights and presentations for internal stakeholders
• Contribute to market analysis, competitor tracking, and category understanding
• Support consumer research activities and insight generation
• Develop skills in data storytelling, analysis, and reporting

Requirements:

• Malaysian citizen who is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree at a recognised university or college
• Available to commit to the internship for at least 4 months (16 weeks)
• Studying Business Management, Marketing, Economics, Mathematics/Statistics, Data Science, or any quantitative or research-related fields.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to identify patterns and translate findings into insights
• Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and performance metrics; competent in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts) and PowerPoint
• Communicates effectively in English; proficiency in Bahasa Melayu and/or Mandarin, and prior experience in data analysis or research is an advantage
