QA RRP Operations Manager

 

The QA RRP Operations Manager oversees site QMS implementation, with a focus on managing Change Control activities to support the consolidation of product maintenance functions. The role coordinates and executes validation activities aligned with evolving RRP business needs, including EMS activation, US batch release, and monitoring programs, while working closely with cross‑functional QA teams and stakeholders to support product, process, and supplier changes.

 

As the QA RRP Operations Manager under the area of Quality Assurance, you will:

  • Oversee and continuously improve the HTS device Quality Management System, ensuring regulatory compliance and effective communication across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Mitigate quality risks across the value chain by defining and enforcing QMS requirements aligned with industry standards and regulations.
  • Lead product and process validation activities, providing timely and actionable quality requirements, programs, and validation outcomes.
  • Manage ECO/ECR processes to support product development, modifications, and maintenance while balancing Quality, Cost, and Delivery.
  • Drive post‑launch technical CAPA processes, leveraging laboratory analysis to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and enhance quality requirements.
  • Manage RRP laboratory validation, analytics, and ISO 17025–compliant laboratory QMS, while leading and developing the team.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Product Quality–related Engineering, Operations, or a similar field (or equivalent).
  • 3–5 years of management experience in a global organization, with strong exposure to product quality management in a tobacco or multinational electronics environment.Fluent in English; proficiency in Japanese and/or Chinese is an advantage.
  • Proven leadership and strategic management skills, with solid knowledge of electronics laboratory operations.
  • Strong capabilities in data analysis, statistics, and multi‑project management, with excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office, SAP R/3, and LIMS.
