Digital Lead

 

The Digital Lead oversees the digital marketing strategy for combustible brands, Reduced Risk Products (RRP), and the JPP Trade Loyalty Program. The role manages digital channels, consumer acquisition and retention, campaign execution, and e-commerce initiatives for RRP, while ensuring alignment with Marketing, IT, Trade, and Legal teams to maintain smooth operations and budget accuracy.

 

As the Digital Lead under the area of Marketing, you will:

 

  • Lead the implementation of digital consumer acquisition and retention strategies across media, social media, SEO, and other channels to grow the consumer base.

  • Oversee eCRM strategy, including data collection, segmentation, automation, and loyalty programs to drive engagement and retention.

  • Expand RRP distribution through third-party marketplaces by identifying key platforms, deploying suitable products, and managing stakeholder relationships.

  • Manage campaign planning, development, execution, and optimization across media, social media, and eCRM channels, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance using data analytics and KPIs to drive consumer acquisition, engagement, and conversion improvements.

  • Lead ASP digital strategy and budget management, ensuring efficient resource allocation and effective KPI tracking.

  • Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain JTI’s leadership in the digital landscape.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent postgraduate education preferred.

  • Over 8 years of experience in FMCG marketing with both global and regional exposure in a matrix organization.

  • Strong foundation in strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives.

  • Proficient in content and digital marketing, backend web/app management, and e-commerce.

  • 3–5 years of experience in people management with proven teamwork and leadership skills.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical abilities with strategic thinking.

  • Fluent in English and skilled in MS Office and digital marketing tools such as Adobe, Google Analytics, and Meta.
