Digital Associate
The Digital Associate manages the Connexus platform for the JPP Trade Loyalty Program and supports digital consumer initiatives across Combustibles and Reduced Risk Products (RRP). The role ensures smooth platform operations, oversees content and activity tracking, drives engagement improvements, and handles technical troubleshooting with internal teams and external agencies. It also involves close collaboration with Marketing, IT, Trade, and Legal to ensure efficient processes, communication, and budget accuracy.
As the Digital Associate under the area of Marketing, you will:
- Support end-to-end campaign and content management on the Connexus platform, including planning, coordination, and execution

Coordinate with agencies to ensure timely delivery, optimization, and localization of digital activations and campaign assets.

Upload, test, and publish content while driving platform engagement through continuous improvements that enhance sales and ROI.

Monitor campaign tagging and performance using analytics tools to evaluate effectiveness and prepare KPI-based reports.

Collaborate with Marketing and Trade teams to align campaigns with sales targets and improve user experience through behavioral insights.

Test and validate new platform functionalities, troubleshoot technical issues, and support business cases for digital enhancements.

Serve as the central liaison among internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth campaign execution and stakeholder alignment
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in a relevant field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in digital operations, CRM, or platform management.

Proficient in CRM systems, content management platforms, Google Analytics, and basic web design (HTML/CSS or CMS editing).

Strong understanding of legislation and marketing standards within the tobacco industry.

Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Analytical mindset with advanced proficiency in MS Office applications.

Fluent in English; proficiency in Malay and Chinese is an advantage.
