This internship provides hands-on exposure to how brands create engaging consumer experiences across retail touchpoints.
As a JTI Talent Intern in the Combustible Brand team, you will accelerate your marketing, execution, and consumer-centric capabilities by:
- Immersing yourself in market trends and consumer insights to propose initiatives that would positively impact our Brands
- Showcasing your creativity by identifying opportunities to educate Existing Adult smokers on our brands and what they stand for
- Supporting the development and execution of consumer touchpoints across the retail landscape, contributing to effective and engaging brand experiences
- Contributing to development of marketing and communication materials
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Marketing and Sales to ensure consistency in brand strategy, equity, and execution across channels
Requirements:
- Malaysian citizen who is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree at a recognised university or college
- Available to commit to the internship for at least 4 months (16 weeks)
- Studying Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline, with an interest in brand building and consumer engagement.
- Creative, proactive, and execution-focused, with the ability to design and deliver engaging consumer experiences while managing multiple tasks independently
- Comfortable working with numbers, metrics, and spreadsheets to support performance tracking and insights
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate in other local languages as an advantage, and proficient in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint), with familiarity in cloud-based tools as a plus
